Intro[]

An angel from another world, Radian is amiable but strict in task-related duties. He's in charge of the Heaven Guardians' 3rd Division, patrolling the realm of heaven and dispatching angels to quiet the demon riots in the human world. For him, the biggest headache is filing task reports, especially those about an angel named Ligia. Although Ligia manages to complete the task in the end, he always gets a bad review for damaging too many Channelers or the environment.

As both Ligia's mentor and father-like figure, Radian is constantly fretting over Ligia. He even becomes an excellent cook for Ligia's sake. But he doesn't get much chance to use that skill due to Ligia's increasing absence from home.

Angels use heavenly grappling to fight. Most angels cannot materialize fully on the border between heaven and earth, so they need to summon parts of their bodies to attack the enemies.

Requires 50 Gyee Insight to unlock Remiel: the Flames Damage of [Holy Fire] increases by 23%. Unlock with Rainbow Skin God's Guard In PVE battles, the damage of [Fist of Heaven] is increased by the number of the difference between allies and enemies alive (0-3). Casting [Fist of Heaven] grants self [Invincible] for 1 round; If self HP is lower than 50% before casting, this [Invincible] lasts 1 round more. In the first 3 rounds of each battle, reduces self's Hatred caused by DMG and healing effects by 100%. Removes the effect when defeated.

Skill Description
By praying piously for the heavenly blessing, Radian removes 1 ally target's Control Effect and applies [God] on the ally. Meanwhile, Radian gains the effect of [Grace]. If Radian has no Concentration when using this skill, he gains 1 extra Concentration. When applying the skill on self, the Damage Increase effect of [Grace] increases by 30% and lasts 1 more round. When applying the skill on another ally, the effect of [God] lasts 1 more round. [Grace]: while the effect is active, increases the damage dealt by the character by [Skill Level], lasting 2 rounds. [God]: while the effect is active, grants immunity to all debuffs, including those that can make the character go out of control, lasting 1 round. Skill Level 35% 37% 39% 41% 43%
Passives
Requires 150 Gyee Insight each to unlock Raphael: the Savior The additional effect of [Holy Grace] changes from [God] to [Invincibility] (This will not affect the number of rounds it lasts). [Invincibility]: purifies all debuffs, grants immunity to all debuffs, including those that can make the character go out of control, and immunity to all types of damage. Uriel: the Divine Light When HP is below 25%, dispels the Cool Down of [Holy Grace] and gains 85 Focus. This effect can take effect 1 time per battle.

Skill Description
Radian opens a portal and summons Fist of Heaven to attack 1 enemy, dealing P.DMG equal to P.ATK[Skill Level] and causing splash damage to enemies on both sides. Further increases damage if extra Concentration is consumed. With the effect of [Grace], the splash damage does not reduce. Skill Level* 160% 170% 180% 190% 200%
Passives
Requires 300 Gyee Insight each to unlock Azazel: the Reaper Increases [Fist of Heaven]'s damage by 15%. Sandalphon: the Slumber When using [Fist of Heaven] with 4 Concentration, inflicts the effect of [Imprison] to the major target. When using [Fist of Heaven] with 5 Concentration, inflicts the effect of [Cover] to the major target. [Imprison]: while the effect is active, the character cannot use any melee attack skills, lasting 2 rounds. Skill Description
Radian's skill damage increases by (Basis 18.50% + Mastery Basis). Radian gains a Damage bonus by 25% when HP is full. As HP lowers, the Damage bonus reduces while Speed increases. When the battle starts, Radian gains the effect of [God], lasting till the character's first move is over. Any enemy unit killed by Radian cannot be revived. [God]: while the effect is active, grants immunity to all debuffs, including those that can make the character go out of control, lasting 1 round.

Unlocked at Epiphany Lv. 4 Reduces self's DMG taken from avatars or Gyees by 8%, and additionally reduces self's DMG taken from [Woods] flux avatars or Gyees by 16%.
Stage 3
Unlocked at Epiphany Lv. 6 When battle begins, gains Judge. Judge, lasts 22 rounds, cannot be dispelled. Removed when defeated, and cannot be stacked up. Targets defeated by self skills cannot be revived. When battle begins, and before self's action at round 6, 12, 18, gets Holy Court. Holy Court, lasts 1 round, cannot be dispelled. Removed when defeated, and cannot be stacked up. Becomes immune to effects that can make the character out of control and reduce self's stats When attacked by any attack, removes self's Holy Court.

Radian: Judging from the name, she's probably second only to the Shadowlord.
