Description[]
The Oathblades Ambush event can be randomly selected as a Festival Event daily mission. If selected, the server will randomly select the difficulty and enemy that all players will face.
Unlike past versions of the Ambush, clearing non-Boss hexes doesn't give any extra rewards. Save time by going directly to the Boss hex and ignore the rest.

- Airship: click on a hex to move the airship to that spot
- Unexplored hex
- Point of Interest: landing on this spot will trigger a battle or a dialog.
- Co-offender: landing on this spot will trigger a battle with a co-offender.
Defeating the co-offenders will help to weaken the boss. - Boss: landing on this spot will trigger a battle with the boss.
Complete this event by defeating the boss. - Lock Toggle: checking this box will lock your current battle party for all battles. Unchecking this box will give you the opportunity to change your party for each battle.
- Scan: using the scanner will reveal what is under each unexplored hex around your current location
- Scout: using the scouter will reveal the location of one co-offender
- Alpha: the boss of the map. Click on the portrait for more info about the boss.
- Accomplice: the co-offenders of the map. Click on the portraits to learn more about the co-offender and how they strengthen the boss if they aren't defeated.

Defeating each boss once will unlock a corresponding Achievement. Some bosses appear in multiple difficulty levels.
